PC Layout Keyboard is an on-screen keyboard for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles data.
1. Handling of typed content
The app processes key presses locally on the device and sends the selected characters or actions to the currently active input field.
The app does not store text, passwords, search terms, messages, or other content typed by the user. It does not transmit typed content to external servers.
2. Data collected
The app does not collect personal information, personally identifiable information, typed content, device identifiers, location data, contacts, usage history, advertising identifiers, or other user data.
The app stores only the user's selected keyboard layout as a private local app preference on the device. This setting is not transmitted off the device.
3. Network communication
The app does not request the Android INTERNET permission and does not perform its own network communication.
4. Third-party services
The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or other third-party data collection services.
The app does not share or sell user data to third parties.
5. Data retention and deletion
The app does not retain typed content.
The keyboard layout preference stored on the device may remain until the user changes the setting, clears the app's data in Android settings, or uninstalls the app.
The app does not provide user accounts and does not store user data on developer-operated servers. Therefore, there are no user accounts or server-stored user records for the developer to delete.
6. Security
Keyboard interactions handled by the app are processed on the device to provide text input functionality. The app is designed not to store or transmit typed content.
7. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features or data handling practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the published policy page when appropriate.
